We have developed a patented and certified process that uses state-of-the-art machinery to recycle worn-out artificial turf pitches. Instead of looking at the worn-out turf as a waste product, Re-Match turns the worn-out turf into clean and separated end products that can replace virgin products in the installation of new pitches or in other industrial productions.

The demand for artificial turf pitches is increasing and within 10-12 years the pitches are worn out and need to be replaced. Traditional disposal is landfill or incineration which has a significant negative environmental impact. Re-Match is the only artificial turf recycler with a third-party verification that handles the entire worn-out turf in a fully mechanical thermal process without the use of water or chemicals. In the process, the turf is downsized, dried, separated and cleaned, and the output is four clean main components, secondary raw materials produced without the creation of additional waste products. This saves the environment a huge amount of greenhouse gas emissions: 87% compared to landfill and 97% compared to incineration.
