Moving from ambitious goals to actual sustainable changes is one of the corner stones in the corporate sustainable transformation, that we all are a part of or looking into.
Stena Recycling, VM Tarm and Lemvigh-Müller have been successful with employee driven initiatives, ambassadorship, and initiation co-ownership from employees at all levels. Together, we will bring concrete examples on successful initiatives, and discuss the dilemmas and difficulties within this topic.
The aim is to articulate some of the challenges companies encounter and to inspire other companies on how to translate goals to actions.
