Thomas Nyström has recently finalized a guide to future adaptive design, developed for and together with leading industry companies. In his research, Thomas has shown the strong connection between design and business model, key in the circular transition. Josefina is using the guide hands on in her work with coaching companies in circular business model innovation. The framework and approach for circular business model innovation will be presented together with hands on examples from industry, together with findings connected to profitability and impact results.
